If you need emergency assistance while you are in Mozambique, please call the Johannesburg Assistance Centre on +27 (0) 11 541 1300.
Present in Mozambique since 2006, International SOS has been supporting organisations in managing their health and security risks in the country. Typically, these organisations are active in the energy, mining and infrastructure industries and are being provided with primary and emergency care, occupational health services and emergency response management services on remote project locations.
To support the delivery of the above services and to cater for a wider range of clients, we also operate 2 clinics, one in Pemba and one in Maputo. In Pemba, in the Cabo Delgado province, we operate a Primary and Emergency care clinic which also provides occupational health services. It acts as a Response Centre for remote site medical services, evacuations and emergency medical services. People working in the oil and gas industry can also get their OEUK health checks done at this clinic.
In Maputo, leveraging on our four-year partnership with SEPRI Group, ‘SEPRI in association with International SOS’ joint-venture provides a complete suite of health risk management services.
