Step 3 - Practical Assessment (if applicable): For some roles, we may include a short assessment, case study, or scenario-based exercise to better understand your problem-solving approach and expertise.

 

Step 4 - Final Stage & Offer: If everything aligns, we’ll extend an offer and guide you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
