Immediate Support in Times of Crisis
We wanted to send a note of our sincere appreciation to the London Assistance Center Operations Team (...) for the excellent and seamless support to repatriate our colleagues. The process and communication with the team was excellent and the support delivery to our colleagues outstanding. This was a clear display of the outside-of-mainstream-scope support services that International SOS are truly capable of and which we are extremely pleased to have access to alongside our membership. This level of support and service really does bolster our decision to continue our relationship and contract.
I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the outstanding support provided during today’s evacuation operation. We have conducted several debriefing calls with team members who were evacuated from Israel today, and the feedback has been unanimously positive. Your efforts have been deeply appreciated by all involved. Thank you once again for your commitment and excellent work. Please be assured that we will not hesitate to reach out for your support should we face similar circumstances in the future.
I wanted to pass on my thanks to you and the entire team, particularly to the Security desk in London related to our recent need for support in Israel. Fortunately, we have not had to use your services very frequently, but when we do there is nothing but the greatest of expertise and support. Thanks again for the positive impact that the company has and the confidence that the whole team instils when working under stressful times.
