Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the world’s leading cause of death1 but remains an often-overlooked workplace health risk. Reflecting this growing challenge, International SOS, the global leader in security and medical services, recorded a 21.1% increase in cardiovascular-related cases between 2024 and 20252.

Regular health screenings, blood pressure monitoring, early intervention, and employee engagement with preventive health programs are critical to reducing the risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke.
