Comprehensive Travel Risk Programme Support for Multinational Consultancy Firm

International SOS provided a comprehensive ISO 31030 maturity assessment, with supporting recommendations to a multinational consultancy firm as part of their return-to-travel agenda.

Our client had existing mobility guidelines in place for their employees, however, they have not been recently assessed to encompass the health and security threats as well as ISO 31030. Another challenge our client faced was that they lacked a system to evaluate employees’ personal risks and related medical considerations before assigning them overseas. This system is crucial to ensure that appropriate measures are in place so that employees arrive safely at their destination.

International SOS carried out a detailed ISO 31030 maturity assessment as well as a thorough gap analysis to determine the areas to develop within the client’s Travel Risk Programme. We then provided priority-based recommendations to enhance their existing mobility guidelines.

The feedback from the assessment and gap analysis was very well received from their management as they were equipped with a clear and defined solution path forward. The implementation plan was precise, and the key interventions were addressed in a cost-effective manner.
